This project involved the design and construction of a new Community Hub at Chester Hill Public School, along with an extension to Block Q and refurbishment works within Block G, delivering a cohesive upgrade across multiple areas of the campus.

The scope included full design responsibility, civil and structural works, service diversions, and construction of the new facility to align with adjacent buildings. Works also incorporated internal fitout, electrical and data installations, air conditioning systems, and finishes, alongside the extension of Block Q and targeted upgrades to existing spaces, including new floor finishes, painting, and installation of a new doorway and external access.

The project was completed with full as-built documentation and operational manuals, with all works delivered to a high standard and the site left clean, safe, and ready for use. The result is a cohesive, modern, and functional upgrade supporting the school’s current and future needs.
