Trade Wind successfully delivered the Concord High School roofing upgrade across multiple school blocks, involving the complete removal of existing roof tiles and the installation of new steel roof sheeting complete with insulation, flashings, and integrated safety systems.

Associated works included the renewal of guttering, downpipes, and fascia to improve drainage performance and long-term durability. New wall cladding and solar connections were also incorporated to enhance the overall building performance and support sustainability outcomes.

The project additionally involved electrical and hydraulic upgrades, the demolition and construction of a new covered walkway connected to existing stormwater infrastructure, and the refurbishment of all handrails to deliver a safe, durable, and polished finish across the facility.
