Trade Wind was engaged as the Principal Contractor to design and construct a new four-classroom building with associated toilet facilities at Rosemeadow Public School. This brownfield project involved full structural design, construction of the concrete slab, and delivery of a complete internal fit-out in accordance with Department of Education standards.

Given the site’s close proximity to a special needs classroom, the project required careful staging, strict supervision, and detailed planning throughout the construction process. Trade Wind worked closely with the school to coordinate activities and maintain a safe working environment at all times.

Through clear communication and effective site management, the works were delivered while minimising disruption to the school’s daily operations and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of students, staff, and contractors.
